Job Description:

We’re looking for a 3D Manager who will supervise the end-to-end process of our auto decimation pipeline. You will manage a world class team of Project Coordinators to deliver top quality real-time assets for Web3D and AR.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Project Coordinators, Lead Artists, and QA teams
  • Hold daily standups with key personnel to monitor individual high-level project statuses
  • Maintain a holistic view of all customers assigned to you and their project status
  • Identify essential features to improve 3D pipelines and communicate them to key stakeholders
  • Meet with Head of Product, Director, and Engineers to prioritize development of features.
  • Coordinate key meetings with customers for onboarding and progress tracking.
  • Identify critical issues and accelerate them to leadership or relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years experience as a 3D Manager or 3D Content Producer
  • Experience in modeling and texturing for real-time assets, augmented reality, or games
  • Strong understanding of the art pipeline for real-time asset development
  • Strong technical ability to manage assets with Web3D & AR limitations/restrictions
  • Good communication skills - able to help others and ask for help when needed. Being proactive in sharing info and assets.
  • Great team-player attitude - being flexible with new ideas, being open to direction and changes. Listening to teammates opinions and feedback.
  • Deadline oriented - being able to manage and organize work so you meet all deadlines and are able to adjust when changes happen.

  • 3D art portfolio
  • Some experience in other disciplines in game/ animated film development pipeline (Engineering and Animation)
