Job Description:

We’re looking for an AR Partnership Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Platform Partnerships team, you will manage the recruitment and relationship management of our partners who are focused on building innovative AR use cases to Snap. Working from our Los Angeles headquarters/office, you’ll collaborate with AR Business, Camera Platform, Product Revenue, Strategy, and Snap Lab to bring business value through AR technology initiatives with partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outreach, partnership agreements, and onboarding of partners who will help Snap find new compelling applications of AR
  • Evangelize Snap’s AR innovation efforts inside of highly skilled agencies and companies
  • Work cross functionally at Snap to bring partners early access to tech and features by effectively communicating and managing the relationship with these partners
  • Work cross functionally with keys stakeholders to diligence companies and proposals for investments
  • Help create systems to ensure these partners are generating business value through AR technology initiatives
  • Manage information flows and act as a subject matter expert to external partners and monitor the success of partners working with Snap’s AR ecosystem

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills which allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problems cross functionally
  • Agile mindset with proven people and resource management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-moving environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management
  • 5+ years of experience working with corporate companies in an innovation and/or advanced technology capacity
  • 5+ years of experience working with finance and legal teams on corporate contracts
  • 3+ years of experience with production timelines and operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing projects with interactive development schedules
  • Working understanding of 3D engine software like Lens Studio, Unity and/or 3D modeling and animation software like Maya
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • An enthusiast who has a strong passion for the future of AR/VR
