Job Description:

The Director of Growth will play a visible role in driving the strategy and execution on paid and organic growth campaigns across the full spectrum of Together Labs properties. The ideal candidate is extremely data driven and has a proven track record of planning, buying and optimizing ROI performance on multi-million dollar budgets through multiple channels. Passionate about growth marketing, the Director of Growth is also comfortable being hands-on as well as managing the team to help with execution. In the role, the ideal candidate also thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, prioritize and implement Paid and Organic marketing strategies for multiple properties
  • Scale and grow various paid and organic channels including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, DSP, CTV, Retargeting, word of mouth and Search (SEM, SEO, ASO)
  • Manage and optimize a multi million dollar budget to hit CAC and ROI goals.
  • Lead forecasting and tracking for all acquisition marketing channels
  • Collaborate well with internal and external teams to ensure timely deliverables on projects
  • Manage creative testing schedule to drive improved campaign results
  • A/B test new and unique ideas based on a deep understanding of data to improve conversion rates, CTR, CPA, ROI and other success metrics
  • Optimize every step of the user journey and onboarding funnel to improve performance
  • Self-starter, creative thinker, and problem solver who is able to self-prioritize and multi-task
  • Deliver timely campaigns and reporting using outlined metrics. Track and analyze leanings and turn those into recommendations and actionable insights
  • Player/coach: hands-on as well as managing/mentoring a small team to help execute campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative field
  • 7+ years of growth marketing experience (customer acquisition, user acquisition, growth hacking)
  • Experience in managing, growing and mentoring a team
  • Strong experience in building a growth hack program
  • Experience analyzing A/B and multivariate results for campaign performance
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL & data visualization tools experience a huge plus
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with tools like Tableau, Appsflyer and Leanplum is a big plus
  • Prior experience in managing mobile growth channels for a consumer app is preferred
  • Prior experience with CTV (OTT) campaigns a plus
