Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced, and talented Vice President of Product with a track record of building and launching successful direct-to-consumer mobile apps or B2B products with a consumer-facing component, that are used by millions of consumers around the world. You are highly organized and have a background in building innovative and disruptive SaaS products at scale. You must be a hypothesis-driven, big thinker who knows how to execute with velocity against aggressive goals. You are fluent with technical environments, work well with ambiguity and lack of information/data, and are able to develop a deep understanding of product capabilities to manage timelines, resources, and risks.

As Vice President of Product at 3DLOOK, you will be a critical contributor in shaping and driving the overall product strategy and roadmap with a focus on consumer-focused interfaces. You will build, mentor and manage a small team of Product Managers and UX designers and work directly with other internal teams, strategic clients and end consumers to identify opportunities, set product direction, and influence our roadmap and releases. You will be passionate about providing end consumers with world-class experiences, tackling different problems with complex requirements and cutting-edge technologies (AI, AR, Computer Vision), and work closely with engineering to launch great products for our global clients.

  • Driving the design-first, results-focused product strategy and roadmap owning the planning and execution to ensure that the company achieves its short term and long-term business needs and goals (from ideation to execution)
  • Managing and owning end-to-end product lifecycle for your products including prioritization of bugs/enhancements along with building and launching new offerings
  • Identifying and defining KPIs and metrics for the team to set targets and drive overall team performance
  • Coordinating with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market efforts
  • Managing a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, and business analysts
  • Embracing product vision and drive execution to exceed customer expectations
  • Understanding the needs of our customers and their customers via both direct interactions and data-based insights to drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative consumer-facing mobile products
  • Working closely with development teams before and during the sprints to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great effective solutions
  • Synchronizing with the CPO and Product Owners across the organization to provide successful deliveries
  • Identifying and managing project risks to ensure delivery is on time
  • Initiating, leading, and participating in a continuous improvement process
  • Working with the entire stakeholder community—both internal and external—to gather input and synthesize a coherent vision for the product
  • Understanding 3DLOOK’s strategic and competitive position and delivering products that are recognized as the leading ones in mobile body scanning experiences


  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science
  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B2C software companies with a focus on building world-class digital consumer products
  • Extensive experience driving design from planning to release over multiple releases serving millions of users (bonus if you have experience with e-commerce and/or social)
  • A technical aptitude for machine learning and computer vision technologies
  • Demonstrated the ability to create and socialize long term product strategy and get buy-in across multiple parts of the organization and executive team
  • Extensive experience in hiring, mentoring, inspiring, and managing product managers, UX designers, and other product-related people
  • Demonstrated knowledge on all aspects of product management, including identifying market opportunities, defining success metrics, and developing product roadmaps
  • Strong understanding of business goals and priorities, defining long-term roadmaps, that are broken down by iterations, starting from an MVP
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in building efficient, best-in-class workflows
  • A keen sense of product design, user psychology, and quantitative measurements
  • Technical savvy — ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology teams
  • Practical Agile experience
  • Highly analytical with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Executive presence and judgment to know which decisions to make independently and when to escalate to senior management
  • Experience working with remote teams
